Love your GUT

I feel like I've struggled with gut issues most of my adult life 😏


It started in my early 20's when I realized I was lactose intolerant 🙈 not good news for a girl addicted to 🍦 ice cream 🍦


Then, in my late 20's, something was still off ... after another intolerance test ... GLUTEN came back as the culprit 😩 not good news for a girl who loved her 🍞 bread 🍞


To say I eat perfectly and stay away from my intolerances would be far from the truth!


But ... I do pretty good most of the time ...


So when issues started to flare up again now in my late 30's, I decided to take my research to the next level!





As my passion and I interest is a healthy body ➕ mind grew ... I kept stumbling upon more and more information about the importance of a 'healthy GUT'


So ... I started making small changes ➕ stuck with them long enough to see results!


I'm finally happy to say that my GUT is the happiest it's been ➕ I want to share what I've learned with all of YOU! 🙌🏻
