Smoothie in a BOWL
My super quick, yummy and healthy lunch on the go! Shakeology Smoothie Bowl 💋 All I did was make my Shake extra think (half the liquid + extra ice) ... then pour into a bowl and top with whatever healthy things you have on hand! It's like eating 5 salads but tastes like dessert!

Recipe:
1 cup Almond Milk
2 cups Ice
1 TBSP peanut butter
1 scoop Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
Topping:
Unsweetened Coconut flakes
Fresh Raspberries
Hemp Seeds
Dried Mixed Berries
Granola Mix
