Shakeology Smoothie Bowl 💋
All I did was make my Shake extra think (half the liquid + extra ice) ... then pour into a bowl and top with whatever healthy things you have on hand!
It's like eating 5 salads but tastes like dessert!
1 cup Almond Milk
2 cups Ice
1 TBSP peanut butter
1 scoop Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
Unsweetened Coconut flakes
Dried Mixed Berries
